Shipping & Returns Policy

We appreciate your trust in Rune Blends. Please review the following information regarding shipping, delivery, and returns before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing times may be longer during sales periods, public holidays, or peak seasons.

You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tracking email once your order has been shipped.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see these emails.

2. Shipping Information

Shipping Area

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Australia Post

Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders under $55: Standard postage applies.
  • Orders $55 or more: Free shipping.

Delivery Delays

Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, shipping times and delays are outside our control.

We cannot expedite, redirect, or modify shipments once dispatched.

If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us and we will assist by raising an investigation with the delivery carrier.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only replace or refund orders when an actual issue occurs.

Definition of “Damaged”

An item is considered damaged if it arrives broken, leaking, cracked, crushed, severely dented, or otherwise unusable due to transit damage.

Reporting an Issue

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • Your decant leaked during transit.
  • You received the wrong item.

Photo or video evidence is required for verification.

Resolution

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund.

This is the only circumstance in which refunds or replacements are provided.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

If Tracking Shows Delays

We can lodge an investigation with Australia Post.

If Tracking Shows “Delivered” but You Did Not Receive It

Rune Blends is not responsible for parcels that go missing after delivery, including stolen parcels.

We will assist in an investigation, but outcomes depend on the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Every decant is custom-filled to order and cannot be resold.

All sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for any of the following:

  • Change of mind.
  • Not liking the fragrance.
  • Allergies or sensitivities.
  • Longevity, projection, or performance concerns.
  • Expecting a different scent.
  • Buying by mistake.
  • Choosing the wrong size (2ml or 5ml).

Exceptions

Returns or refunds are only provided if:

  • We shipped the wrong item, or
  • The item arrived damaged or faulty.

No other circumstances qualify for a return or refund.

6. Unauthorized Returns

  • Refused,
  • Not refunded, and
  • Returned to sender if possible.

7. Updates to This Policy

This policy may be updated without notice.
