Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We are unable to accept international orders at this time.

How long will my order take?

Orders are carefully processed and packed within 1–3 business days after payment. A tracking number is provided via Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 2–10 working days within Australia, excluding weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Are your fragrances authentic?

Absolutely. All our fragrances are sourced from authorised stockists. We pride ourselves on providing 100% genuine products to our customers.

What’s the difference between originals and Middle Eastern inspirations?

Original fragrances are unique creations by a perfumer. Middle Eastern-inspired fragrances reinterpret popular scent profiles using rich ingredients and cultural touches. They often offer stronger performance, longer longevity, and a distinct, memorable experience.

Do you use glass or plastic atomiser bottles?

All our 2ml and 5ml decants come in premium glass atomisers—never plastic.

Are your decants labelled?

Yes. Every decant is clearly labelled with the fragrance name for easy identification.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days:

  1. We lodge a missing parcel investigation with Australia Post.
  2. Australia Post will redirect the parcel or refund the cost to us.
  3. We will then either resend your order or issue a full refund.
